Time of Use
Available to all consumers requiring less than 50kVA of transformer capacity at a single service location within CDEC's service area. Special metering is required under this tariff and will be provided by CDEC.
Character of Service: Alternating current, single- or three-phase, 60 Hertz, at available secondary voltages.
Rate Per Billing Period
• $25.00 per billing period, per service (System Charge)
• All kWh between 6:00 a.m. and 9 a.m. (On-Peak Hours) and between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (On-Peak Hours) @ $0.14/kWh
• All kWh between 9:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Off-Peak Hours) and between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Off-Peak Hours) @ $0.06/kWh
The "System Charge" covers cost of providing electric service, including operation and maintenance of facilities, consumer accounting expenses and other administrative costs.
Purchased Power Cost Adjustment (PPCA) - The utility shall, if the purchased power expense is increased or decreased above or below the base purchased power cost of $0.0006872/kWh sold, flow through to the users such increases or decreases, effective February 2016, as approved by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission Rule No. 550.
